Bank transfer
Orders are currently paid by bank transfer — convenient for both individuals and companies.
- Place your order and choose “Bank transfer”.
- We will e-mail you the amount, bank details and payment deadline; the bank details are also shown below.
- Pay via online banking, a mobile app or at a bank branch. Put the order number in the payment reference.
- Once the payment arrives, we will pack the order and hand it over for delivery or prepare it for pickup.
Please pay within 3 days. If no payment is received, we will contact you and may cancel the order. Any fee charged by your bank for the transfer is paid by the payer.

For companies
At checkout choose “Company” and enter the company name, IDNO and registered address. We will issue the required accounting documents in accordance with tax legislation.
Card payments — coming soon
We are enabling Visa and Mastercard payments. Payments will be made on the bank's secure page with 3-D Secure authentication; card details are entered only on the bank's side — the store neither receives nor stores them. We will let you know when this method becomes available.
Cash
Cash payment to the courier is not currently accepted.
Prices and refunds
Prices are in lei (MDL) and include all applicable taxes; the delivery cost is shown before you confirm the order. If an order is cancelled or goods are returned, the money is refunded using the original payment method — see the Returns policy.
