How we deliver
- Our courier delivers Monday to Friday, 12:00–18:00.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the next business day.
- After you place an order, a manager will call you to confirm it and agree on a convenient delivery time.
Delivery times
- Chișinău, legal entities — within 24 hours.
- Chișinău, individuals — within 48 hours.
- Suburbs, Bălți and districts of Moldova — within 72 hours.
Times are counted in business days from the moment a manager confirms the order.
Cost
The delivery price and the amount from which delivery is free are shown in the table above — the cart and checkout calculate them automatically. Outside Chișinău the minimum order is 500 lei, so delivery there is always free.
Receiving your order
- Give us an exact address and a working phone number: wrong details can delay delivery.
- Check the order in front of the courier: quantity, packaging and best-before dates.
- If something is wrong — damage, missing or wrong items, an expired date — tell the courier: they will note it on the delivery note, and we will replace the item or refund you.

Can I choose an exact delivery time?
The courier works 12:00–18:00. Before dispatch a manager will call you to agree on a convenient time window.
Why can't I order less than 500 lei outside Chișinău?
Outside Chișinău the minimum order is 500 lei. Top up your cart to that amount — delivery will then be free. Or choose pickup.
How do I order as a legal entity?
At checkout choose “Company” and enter the company name, IDNO and legal address. In Chișinău we deliver orders from legal entities within 24 hours.
I won't be home on delivery day. What should I do?
Tell the manager when they call to confirm the order, or contact us — we will move the delivery to another day.
Can I return a product?
Food products of proper quality cannot be returned. Other goods, such as household products, can be returned by individuals within 14 days of delivery; opened cosmetics and hygiene products cannot. We will replace a faulty product or refund you. More on the Returns policy page.
