Gheorghe Madan nr. 87/7), the operator of the ADL.MARKET online store, respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133/2011 on personal data protection, also following the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Our principles
- we collect only the data needed for ordering, payment, delivery and customer service;
- we use data only for the stated purposes and never sell it;
- we neither receive nor store bank card data: when you pay by card, the bank collects it on its secure page;
- we send marketing messages only with your separate consent; you can unsubscribe at any time;
- we do not enable analytics, advertising or location detection without your consent; currently the site uses only strictly necessary cookies;
- we share data only with those who help us fulfil your order (couriers, banks, IT providers) and with public authorities where required by law;
- we keep data no longer than the purpose requires or the law demands;
- we protect data with technical and organisational measures.
